       Customer is advised to come along its packing list and hand over to our staff for confirmation, in a situation where a packing list was not provided we will check the package and create a packing list which the customer is to sign and acknowledge. RTG CARGO will not be liable for any undeclared items.

       All fragile commercial/personal items such as Dried Fish, Yam, Artworks and Frames would be at owner’s risk due to (Heat Exposure / Rough Handling on transit) despite implementing measures to prevent damages, To ensure insurance coverage, customers can opt for Airline VIP service, in a situation where the fragile items is packaged without the Airline VIP service RTG CARGO will not be held liable for any damage to the said package.

      A shipment is deemed unacceptable if:

      All claims for loss/missing items must be submitted in writing within 24/72 hours of delivery/pickup of the package at its destination, failing which RTG CARGO shall have no liability whatsoever. Claims are limited to one claim per shipment. Claim duration can vary between 3-9 months. Packages with value above #500,000 should be insured; no cargo insurance will be purchased or held by RTG CARGO unless we have an agreement in writing with the customer. Customer at its expense may purchase a shipper’s interest insurance policy in which RTG CARGO will stand as a representative for the customer. We can assist in filling an insurance claim with the Airline for any loss or damages sustained to items in their custody. In addition, all claims against RTG CARGO in connection with any shipment shall be prescribed and barred by expiration of time.

      Interruption of Service If RTG CARGO is unable to start or continue with carriage of the customer’s shipment for a reason beyond its control, RTG CARGO will not be in breach of its agreement with the customer but will take all steps that are reasonably practicable in the circumstances to commence or continue the carriage. Examples of events beyond RTG CARGO’s control are disruption to air or ground transportation due to bad weather, fire, flood, war, hostilities, civil disturbance, acts of government or other authorities (including, without limitation, customs), labor disputes or obligations affecting RTG CARGO or some other party, delays in customs clearance or examinations.

In the event that items/packages are seized/destroyed/returned to point of origin by customs at the point of entry into the destination country, RTG CARGO are not liable for such losses/extra costs incurred and are at the Sender/Consignee’s expense.

In a case of storage/demurrage fees incurred due to customs holds or inspections at the airport, these fees are solely the responsibility of the sender/consignee of the package. Failure to adhere to said instructions can lead to accumulated costs or destruction of said package by customs. RTG CARGO are not liable for such losses.

     Any means of Door delivery outside our offices in CANADA, UK, USA to Door step delivery in Abroad by Uber, Cab, post office, Transportation company or others, is outside our agreement, we don’t have authority over any unknown company abroad and we will not be responsible for any discrepancies, our further assistance is to give clue of a company offering such services but it’s the duty of the owner to negotiate the price and ask for term and conditions, RTG Cargo and Logistics Nig LTD will not be responsible for any missing, Damaged or lost items. Customers are prohibited from tarnishing the image of RTG CARGO on any social media, violators will face charges of 10,000,000.00 for character defamation

        Contraband items or items that can’t travel for various reasons that are removed from packages are to be retrieved from our office within 1week, if such items are not retrieved RTG CARGO will not be held liable for any damage or loss to said items.

       RTG CARGO does not give out tracking number for our shipments, because it is consolidation. You can contact any of our customer care lines via whatsapp or calls for update/status of your shipment.

       It is the intention of RTG CARGO that all the terms of the contract between it and the customer are contained in this document and in the Guides. If the customer wishes to rely on any variation to these terms, it must ensure that that is recorded in writing and signed by the customer and on behalf of RTG CARGO before the shipment is accepted for carriage by RTG CARGO. If any part of these terms are not enforceable, this will not affect the enforceability of any other part.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the country where the shipment is presented to RTG for carriage
